Aims and Objectives

The Alumni Association broadly seeks to:

  1. Foster lifelong relationships between alumni and the alma mater.

  2. Create a platform for interaction, networking, and knowledge exchange among alumni, students, and faculty.

  3. Encourage alumni participation in academic enrichment through lectures, mentoring, and career guidance.

  4. Support institutional development by contributing ideas, feedback, and, where possible, financial or infrastructural assistance.

  5. Promote the reputation and outreach of the college in society and professional fields.

  6. Provide assistance to economically disadvantaged students through scholarships, book support, or informal mentoring.

Operational Framework and Implementational Focus

The Association generally functions through:

  1. Periodic meetings and reunions to maintain alumni engagement and update institutional developments.

  2. Mentoring and career counselling initiatives, where alumni share professional experiences and employment opportunities with current students.

  3. Participation in institutional events, including seminars, cultural programmes, accreditation processes, and commemorative celebrations.

  4. Database development and digital networking (social media or messaging groups) to ensure continuous communication.

  5. Collaborative initiatives with college authorities, enabling alumni feedback to contribute to quality enhancement and student support services.

  6. Future-oriented activities, such as society registration, structured fundraising, and collaborative projects aimed at institutional growth.
