Geography is the art of knowing and understanding the Earth through curious colourful chapters. It fills my heart with immense joy and pride to present the Geo-Vibes, a vibrant Web Magazine of the Department of Geography, University B.T. & Evening College, North Bengal University. This journey was initiated in 2022 by our former Departmental faculty member, Mr. Biswajit Debnath to provide a platform for the creativity of our students. Every year, on the occasion of Teachers’ Day celebration, we cordially publish this magazine both in print and digital formats to represent the diverse creativity of our students. Every edition of this magazine beautifully portrays the imagination, inspiration, curiosity, perception, passion, and spirit of our students from each semester. Through beautiful poems, thoughtful writings, amazing natural photographs, artistic drawings, and exciting excursion experiences, this magazine not only represents the dedication and talent of our students, but also connects their deep understanding with the living world. I wish that our Geography Department would continue to nurture explorers, thinkers, and responsible citizens who would shape a more living and connected world.
