The programme prioritises direct and personal communication between mentors and mentees. Students are encouraged to approach mentors freely for counseling and guidance, and mentors actively work to address emerging concerns. Since 2026, structured modalities for mentor–mentee meetings have been introduced to support regular engagement and accountability. Despite these formal mechanisms, the central emphasis remains on authentic personal interaction that fosters confidence, trust, and support. By combining structured mentoring practices with open communication, the initiative enhances the educational experience and nurtures confident, resilient learners prepared for academic and professional growth.
