The Examination Committee of University BT and Evening College is a statutory body constituted for a term of three years to ensure the smooth, transparent, and disciplined conduct of all examinations within the institution. The Committee plays a central role in organising University Examinations and Internal Assessment Tests in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of University of North Bengal. It prepares examination schedules, where needed, supervises seating arrangements, appoints invigilators, ensures secure handling of question papers and answer scripts, and maintains strict adherence to examination protocols.
In addition to academic examinations, the Committee also facilitates the conduct of various competitive examinations held by State and Central Government bodies, including West Bengal Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission, and West Bengal College Service Commission, West Bengal School Service Commission, West Bengal Joint Entrance Board, among others. Through systematic planning and vigilant supervision, the Committee upholds fairness, confidentiality, and integrity, thereby safeguarding the credibility of the examination system and reinforcing academic discipline within the college.
