The Grievance Redressal Cell of University BT and Evening College functions as an essential institutional mechanism to address the concerns and complaints of students, teachers, and non-teaching staff in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner. Wherever necessary, the Cell also extends guidance and counselling to the affected individuals.
Meeting at regular intervals, the Cell reviews pending cases, formulates action plans, and evaluates its overall functioning to ensure effectiveness.
