The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), a statutory body of University B.T & Evening College, has been constituted in the academic session 2025-26 with the object of preventing, prohibiting and redressing incidents of the sexual harassment in the work place and within the institutional premises. The Committee has been entrusted with the responsibility of establishing a congenial supportive atmosphere in the institution, sincerely and diligently addressing all sorts of sexual harassment, gender inequality and grievances on the part of the female students so far as staff are concerned. The objective of the Committee has been not only to ensure a secured environment for promoting their academic excellence, but also for their dignified upbringing. The ICC from its very inception organises meetings at regular intervals to chalk out future plans, meticulously pay heed to every single complaint lodged by the person concern to promote a holistic peaceful ambience in the college premises.
