Since 2004, the Quiz and Debate Club of University B.T. and Evening College has been fostering intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and effective communication among students. The club truly provides a dynamic platform where inquisitive minds can come together to test their knowledge, exchange ideas, and develop the art of reasoned argument.
The club encourages students to participate in quiz competitions on diverse subjects such as literature, history, science, current affairs, and general knowledge, thereby broadening their intellectual horizons. At the same time, debate sessions are organized to help students cultivate logical reasoning, articulate their opinions confidently, and engage in thoughtful discussions on contemporary social and academic issues.
Through regular quiz contests, debate programmes, and interactive sessions, the club nurtures a spirit of healthy competition and collaborative learning. These activities also help students improve their public speaking skills, presence of mind, and analytical abilities.
